Eliz. Testa is a gem. She sold us our first home in st johns county in 2017. After that sale she kept in touch with us yearly. When in 2022 we decided to sell we immediately thought of her. Christine did an excellent job. Originally I was just looking not fully committed but she still showed me condos . I found one on Zillow she was not the listing agent but I called her an she was able to show me the apartment I bought the same day. I did have help through My Veterans United an she was able to work with them. I am very pleased with her work on this.
